All insurance transactions that you effect by using the Service are between you and either (i) (if you are the insured or broker acting for an insured) the relevant insurer, or (ii) (if you are the insurer) the insured (acting through its broker) (in either case, your "Contracting Party"). Any use made of the Website is at your own risk and any such transaction is entirely subject to the terms of your agreement with your Contracting Parties. Redbox accepts no responsibility for any default of your Contracting Parties.

Redbox accepts no responsibility and shall have no liability (for direct, indirect, special, consequential or other type of loss) in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise arising out of the use of or inability to use the Website by you except in the case of death or personal injury caused by negligence. In particular, but without limitation, Redbox does not make any representation or warranty or accept any liability in respect of (i) payments of premiums, (ii) coverage of risks, (iii) the reliability, credit-worthiness or good faith of your Contracting Parties, (iv) the accuracy of any information provided by your Contracting Parties, (v) any declaration or omission of any of your Contracting Parties, (vi) loss of any data stored on the Website, or (vii) any other matter.

All legal relations between Redbox and you shall be governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the above terms.
